  • All our groomers carry a variety of specialty shampoos to meet the unique needs of your pets’ skin and coat.
  • All our products are Bio-Degradable, Eco-Friendly and Natural.
  • However, pet products, while gentle, can still irritate the eyes of some pets. We are not responsible for vet bills associated with eye irritations. Our groomer can use a vet-grade eye lubricant to protect the eyes upon your request.
  • We highly recommend that you are present for the first groom of your pet by us. Communication is vital for our groomers to understand your needs and desires. Aussie Pet Mobile does not refund groom fees if you were not home to communicate with our groomer and are subsequently unhappy with your pet’s haircut.
  • You will always receive a confirm email after making or cancelling an appointment. If you do not receive one, please let us know. We make a courtesy confirmation call 2 days ahead of your appointment. If you do not receive one, please let us know right away.
  • Initial quotes are an estimate and are based on: Weight, Age, Condition of coat, Temperament of pet
  • All prices are subject to change without notice Your groomer will adjust the price accordingly once they have met your pet
  • If your pet has any fleas upon groomers arrival you will be required to choose between a Capstar or a Flea Dip for an additional $10.
  • Shaving, whether a pet is matted or not, can cause irritation in some pets. Shaving sanitary areas can also cause irritation. Please watch your pet carefully after your groom & take steps to prevent your pet from hyper-focusing on chewing, licking or scratching and the irritation will diminish. We do not reimburse for vet bills associated with skin irritations or broken skin due to biting and chewing.

  • We do not recommend manually de-matting your pet as it is very painful to your pet, as well as very time consuming.
  • Our groomers feel that a shave down is the kindest and most comfortable solution.
  • If your pet is matted your groomer will recommend a close shavedown & there may be additional charges of $5-$20.
  • Our groomers will recommend a total shavedown if
    • the matting is a 4+ on a scale of 1 to 10;
    • the matting cannot be brushed out within 20 minutes;
    • your pet reacts negatively to the attempt at de-matting.
    • If your pet cannot tolerate brushing out mats on the body, your pet will not tolerate de-matting of the face. Statements by our groomers that they will try to do what they can, or they will try to save the face, tails and ears are not solid promises. Your groomer reserves the right to stop the attempts and recommend a shave down.
  • If our groomer recommends a shave down and you do not agree to a shave down of your pet, the groomer will decline the groom and a trip fee will be required to be paid. If you are not the only pet parent in the house, your agreement is considered permission on behalf of other family members so consider contacting all who would be concerned if they came home and saw their pet shaved.
  • Aussie Pet Mobile of SE Orlando will not refund groom fees if you or the other family members are unhappy with the appearance of your pet after a shave down. Shave downs are done to start a healthy return of the coat and skin, they are not intended to be attractive.
  • 30 minutes prior to your pet’s groom we recommend walking your dog. By doing this it helps keep them calm and also allows them to eliminate so they don’t do that on the table.
  • Payment refusals or rejections are charged additional fees & may be sent to collections if not paid timely.
  • Please respect the value of your groomers time.
  • We respectfully request that you that you give 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
  • Late cancels and no shows will be charged a fee at the discretion of management.
  • Communities are implementing policies disallowing commercial activity on the weekends. We also know that these policies may be inconsistently enforced, thereby confusing residents. Please be sure you know your community’s policy on this issue before making a weekend appointment. If our van is refused entry or required to leave, you will be asked to pay a trip fee.
  • Groom appointment times are approximate. Please allow 45+ minutes before or after your appointment time for the arrival of our van due to unpredictable pet situations prior to your appointment or traffic.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if your pet is aggressive or if you behave badly & a trip fee will be expected.
  • Large or Senior Pets: Yes, we groom large breeds. However, our groomers will not carry large breeds to the van or lift large pets into the van.
  • If your dog cannot stand for at least 30-45 min or cannot or will not walk to the van, our groomer will decline the groom & a trip fee will be required.
  • Cats: if your groomer feels that your cat is exhibiting too much stress or there is too much struggle, your groomer will decline the groom and a trip fee will be required.
  • Insecure behavior: Your groomer has been coached by a dog behaviorist on how to deal with insecure behavior. They have been taught how to establish a pack leader position with your dog so that the groom is as pleasant as possible for both your pet and our groomer. If your groomer is still not able to manage your dog, or your dog is exhibiting too much stress, your groomer will decline the groom and a trip fee will be required.
  • If you are not happy with your pet’s groom, please let us know within 48 hours & allow us to “make it right” in the future. By proceeding with an appointment, you agree to this process of resolution.
  • Should you discover something wrong with your pet please let us know immediately within 24 hours so that we may help with the situation.
  • By Scheduling an appointment or filling out an appointment request, you are agreeing to our policies and procedures including any additional assessed fees that may be added outside of your initial quote for service.
